Breathe and Flow with Rachel D


Join me for a yoga session as I demonstrate wearing my VR headset as a full-body hologram in real-time! Showing movement as a hologram IRL provides the best full-body example to stretch and move properly.

We start the session with easy breathing, connecting to our strong core, then add a slow flow. Linking breath to movement communicates with your body to relax and soften while being aware. This will ease your nervous system and overall body, like stressed shoulders and back pain.

Prepare your area to allow movement in the shape of a yoga mat or beach towel. All fitness levels are welcome, and prepare to laugh a little too. Optional sharing and Q&A at the end.
